It is with great excitement and honor that I step into the role of principal at Captain Gray STEM Elementary. I am thrilled to join this incredible community and look forward to working closely with each of you to ensure a fantastic school year ahead.

I am also delighted to introduce Mrs. Jessica Sanchez, who joins us as our new assistant principal! Mrs. Sanchez brings a wealth of experience, energy, and dedication to our team, and we are so excited to have her on board as we work together to support the success of every student.

We have set several key priorities to guide our journey together:

• Strengthening Partnerships: We are dedicated to building stronger connections between families, teachers, and staff. Your involvement is invaluable, and we look forward to working hand in hand to support the success of every student.
• Empowering Lifelong Learners: Our focus is on cultivating effective study habits and providing the tools and resources students need to excel academically. Together, we will create an environment where every child feels supported and encouraged to achieve their best.
• Boosting Attendance: Regular attendance is vital for student success. We will continue to work towards improving attendance, ensuring students are present and engaged in their learning journey every day.
